Celebrating Two New AIDA 2 Freedivers From China: A Proud Moment in Panglao

It’s always a great day when hard work, discipline, and passion come together — and this week, we had the pleasure of celebrating two newly certified AIDA 2 Freedivers from China. Their journey in Panglao was filled with determination, laughter, and unforgettable open-water experiences.

A Journey of Learning and Breakthroughs

AIDA 2 is never just about passing requirements; it’s about understanding your body, controlling your breath, and learning how to stay calm in the vastness of the ocean. From their first breath-hold drills to their open-water dives along Panglao’s incredible underwater landscape, these students pushed past their limits with impressive consistency.

They listened, practiced, asked questions, and applied every bit of instruction to improve their technique — exactly what we love to see from AIDA students.

Moments Worth Celebrating

Each milestone throughout the course was a win.
From mastering equalization to achieving their static apnea and depth goals, they hit every requirement with confidence and a strong mindset.

The pride on their faces as they held their certificates said it all. It wasn’t just a certification — it was proof of their growth, courage, and dedication to the sport.

AIDA 2: Your Gateway to Real Freediving

For many, AIDA 2 is the foundation that unlocks a whole new world underwater. It teaches you how to:

  • Dive safely and efficiently

  • Understand relaxation and breathwork

  • Build body awareness

  • Explore depth with proper technique

  • Enjoy the ocean with confidence

These two divers embraced the challenge fully, and seeing them succeed reminds us why we love teaching this course.
